Okey,here are the guideline examples for you to follow:
1-
Initiative:Will suggest new improvements at work.
Creative:Will say how the improvements are to be done.
Stupid:Will do the improvements.

2-
Initiative:Will start a band.
Creative:Will leave the band to sing solo.
Stupid:Will just leave.

3-
Initiative:Will ask a girl out on a date.
Creative:Will ask a girl to mary him.
Stupid:Will actually get married.

4-
Initiative:Will start taking a painting course.
Creative:Will start painting immediately.
Stupid:Will buy both of their paintings.

5-
Initiative:Will start a fight.
Creative:Will get himself out of a fight.
Stupid:Why Are we fighting again ..??!!
